The fabric is great for this DC area ridiculously hot summer. I think the extra large size is great for swaddling. And i think the prints are very sophisticated and attractive.

I've bought 2 sets of these so far, and at 18 months my son is still using them and they are still big enough. They are very light and breathable, I even folded one up to see if I could easily breath through a few layers, and yes even through a few layers breathing is still easy. When my son was smaller we used these to put him down on the floor and a few times I used it as a nursing cover. When he reached 12 months we started letting him use these to sleep with. Now that he's discovered he can put a blanket over his head I don't have to worry that he can't breathe. My son seems to enjoy the designs and sometimes carries them around, so I can only assume he likes them too.

I just received my blankets and they're better than I expected. I love the feel and pattern. I highly recommend them, especially for summer babies.

I love these blankets!! My daughter has to be swaddled to sleep and the typical receiving blankets just weren't working as she got older (she's now 8 months). The material is absolutely perfect. It is stretchy and light so I don't worry about her overheating. They are a bit pricey in my opinion, however I would buy them again in an instant. My only regret is that I didn't find them before I bought a bunch of the "typical" receiving blankets.

I bought these after seeing my sister in law with them. These muslin blankets have been the most used and vital baby item in our house. We used them for swaddle, nursing wrap, burp cloth, sun shade, makeshift baby towel, floor blanket, lovie, and of course as a light weight blanket. I have bought these for every new parent I know, and actually just got a new shipment for a new baby in the family. I don't know what I did before these! LOVE this product.
