So, it only fits the "width" of the crib mattress and not the length, so it's basically useless as far as using it in a crib goes. Spend 12.99 to get a fitted pad that will work and stay in place, if you're looking for a mattress pad. I have no idea what we're going to use this one for (maybe the pack n play).......It's all in the print, I just thought it would work as our back-up when our fitted one was in the wash, but nope, should have been more careful.

This crib pad is wonderful. I have tried a few other brands and they never seem to really fit the crib mattress tightly. This one is perfect and grips the mattress tightly. It is waterproof and is somewhat plush so that it makes the crib a little softer but not so plush that it could be a danger.

I was very disappointed after I pulled this mattress pad out of the dryer. It had chunks of cotton all over and looked like a sweater that had been washed and worn too many times. I cleaned off all the junk and use them as they do fit my mattress well but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This fitted crib pad practically disintegrated after its first wash on COLD...there were bits of cotton stuck to everything else in the wash that I had to pick off! Frankly I was surprised because Carter's usually makes some good quality items, but not so in this case!
